Buckle up. This is going to be a long one, but I think the topic deserves a deep dive.
What a mess. Are there any grownups in the house? This is what happens in a world in which no one trusts anyone anymore, integrity is treated as an obsolete concept, both information and legacy media have become weaponized to such an extent that what passes for official reality becomes just a funhouse hall of mirrors, and the experience, intellect and maturity of those entrusted to manage these matters is just not up to the task.
Last Wednesday, Dr. Robert Malone published a substack article titled “All Along the Watchtower”, which posed the question “Would the Russian invasion of Ukraine be justified if it were for biodefense?”.
Since then, we have had a flood of new information drop:
- Testimony of Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland to Senator Marco Rubio, in which she admits that Ukraine has biological research facilities.
- Epoch times’ report “US State Department Denies Russian Allegations of Biological Weapons in Ukraine”.
- “US Is Protecting ‘Biological Research Facilities’ in Ukraine From Russia: Official”. Another excellent article by Epoch times, which has seemingly become one of the last remaining bastions of “old school” journalism in a major print news format.
- And an insightful interpretation by journalist Glenn Greenwald via his often brilliant and occasionally sarcastic substack, entitled “Victoria Nuland: Ukraine Has “Biological Research Facilities,” Worried Russia May Seize Them” with the subheading “The neocon’s confession sheds critical light on the U.S. role in Ukraine, and raises vital questions about these labs that deserve answers.”

As Russia begins to assault military sites in Ukraine, there is suspicion that the US Biolabs, which were built in Ukraine for the purpose of research and defense, would be targeted as well. Under the “Biological Threat Reduction Program,” the US has six such facilities in Ukraine. This has led to several people wondering if Russia is actually targeting the secret US bioweapons labs in Ukraine.
Biological Threat Reduction Program
The Russian government, in addition to protesting to NATO’s development in the region, has been stressing their fears, accusing the US of running bioweapon facilities near their border, according to social media. Russia may be targeting the Biolabs, according to a Twitter handle called @WarClandenstine. So far, nothing has been verified.
The suspected bioweapons labs managed and supported by the US government on Ukrainian soil have sparked a lot of debate on social media.
The US Department of Defense’s Biological Threat Reduction Program has been collaborating with partner nations to “counter the threat of outbreaks (deliberate, accidental, or natural) of the world’s most dangerous infectious diseases,” according to documents (read below) released by the US government.
The program’s goal in Ukraine is to concentrate and safeguard pathogens and toxins of security concern, as well as to assist the country in recognizing and reporting harmful pathogen outbreaks before they “pose any stability or security risks.”
In Kyiv and Odessa, BTRP set up two Biosafety Level 2 laboratories for Ukraine’s Consumer Protection Service. Both territories are being attacked by Russia. The United States not only helps to create laboratories, but it also funds research initiatives in Ukraine where Ukrainian and American scientists collaborate.
Gilead Sciences – The Coronavirus Vaccine Manufacturer Accused Of Bioterrorism
As reported by GreatGameIndia earlier, Gilead Sciences, the American biotechnology company holding the patent for drug Remdesivir for treating various Coronavirus in over 70 countries has been accused of Bioterrorism by Russia. The company has secured orphan drug status for Remdesivir, allowing it to exclusively obtain marketing revenues for up to 7 years.
However, behind the benign image of a vaccine manufacturer, Gilead Science has a dark history of allegations of bioterrorism, including having Pentagon to bomb a competitors factory under the false pretext of association with Al-Qaeda.
Secret Bioweapons Program Under the Guise of Clinical Trials
After studying files released online by a former Georgian minister, Russian Defense Ministry declared that an illegal bioweapons research program may have been conducted under the guise of clinical trials by a U.S. funded biomedical laboratory in Georgia, killing 73 subjects.
It was former Georgian minister for state security, Igor Giorgadze who had revealed these findings pertaining to the secret laboratory in September, 2018. The tests were conducted by The Richard Lugar Center for Public Health Research near the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi.
The data obtained amounted to 100,000 pages of classified information of incidents involving military research, biological weapons and even clinical experiments resulting in deaths of their citizens.

“The documents showed many lethal outcomes among the patients. Despite the deaths of 24 people in December 2015 alone, the clinical trials were continued in violation of international standards and the wishes of the patients,” Kirillov claimed. “This led to the deaths of 49 more people.”
Igor Kirillov, the Head of the Russian Forces for radiological, chemical and biological weapons was of the opinion that with the Sovaldi tests, the pharmaceutical firm Gilead Sciences was testing out illegal arms for the Pentagon.
Developing Bioweapons at Russia’s borders In Ukraine
Russia has accused the United States and Ukraine of creating bioweapons near its borders on multiple occasions. While discussing the World Health Organization’s incapacity to determine the source of the COVID-19 virus in 2021, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev told Kommersant reporter that Russia suspected the US was developing bio-weapons near its borders.
He said, “you pay attention to the fact that in the world, more and more new biological laboratories under the control of the United States are growing by leaps and bounds. Moreover, by a strange coincidence – mainly at the Russian and Chinese borders.” He went on to say that the US professes to collaborate with local experts to discover new ways to combat deadly infections, but it’s unclear what happens behind closed doors.
He added, “We are told that peaceful sanitation stations operate near our borders, but for some reason, they are more reminiscent of Fort Detrick in Maryland, where Americans have been working in the field of military biology for decades. By the way, we should pay attention to the fact that outbreaks of diseases that are not typical for these regions are recorded in the surrounding areas.”
When questioned if he meant that Americans were working on biological weapons at those Biolabs, he responded, “We have good reason to believe that this is the case.” He further said, “Not a day goes by at the headquarters of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague that the Americans and their allies do not come forward with another chapter of the anti-Russian chemical dossier.”
In response to reports that Russia was developing chemical weapons, he stated that there was no evidence and only speculation. Similar claims have been made by the Russian government on numerous occasions.
India Blacklists US CDC for Secretly Funding Bioweapons Research
It is not just the Russians who have accused US of carrying out the deadly covert biological activities in other nations. Recently, after the pandemic began India blacklisted US CDC for secretly funding bioweapons research in the country. The crucial development was heavily blacked out by the media.
CDC was caught funding Karnataka’s Manipal Center for Virus Research (MCVR) for secretly carrying out research on the lethal Nipah virus – a pathogen considered potential bioweapon. The fact that an under-qualified private laboratory was secretly handling a dangerous virus under government’s nose at the behest of a foreign agency raised major concerns within the health ministry apparatus.
The matter was further complicated by the fact that the CDC has a checkered history in India. The Indian defense establishment believes that the CDC was involved in the plague outbreak in the western Indian city of Surat in 1994, which they consider to be a case of bioterrorism.
Earlier in February this year the Indian government launched an investigation into another secret research being conducted on bat hunters in the eastern Indian state of Nagaland, funded by the US Department of Defense in collaboration with Wuhan Institute of Virology and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
US Funded Gain of Function Research to ‘Enhance’ Viruses at Wuhan Lab
Even before the coronavirus outbreak, a number of controversial studies were being carried out at China’s Wuhan lab under the patronage of United States’ National Institutes of Health (NIH). One of the studies is the gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses which involves mutating viruses in the lab to explore their potential for infecting humans.

EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak – who collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology on research funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease in a startling video admitted in 2016 how his Chinese colleagues inserted Spike Proteins into the SARS virus to create “Killer Coronavirus” that could infect humans.
The Case of Dutch Virologist Ron Fouchier
The case of Dutch virologist Ron Fouchier is a grim reminder of the dangers of gain-of-function studies. He created the world’s deadliest virus strain and his research sparked a global controversy to de-fund and shut down such experiments. In 2011, he and his team created a mutant H5N1 virus that can spread among ferrets without direct contact. His study showed that such an airborne virus can jump onto humans and can lead to a global pandemic or worse – bioterrorism.
As reported in GreatGameIndia‘s investigative report, Fouchier was the one who sent Coronavirus to the Canadian scientist Frank Plummer at the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg. It was under Plummer, Chinese biowarfare spy Xiangguo Qiu and her team smuggled deadly coronaviruses from the Canadian lab to Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The controversy also prompted the US government in March to outline a new general policy on the handling of “dual use research of concern,” or DURC, meaning research that could be used for either good or ill.
Russia Invades Ukraine
After weeks of uncertainty, Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, causing widespread condemnation around the world. It’s worth noting that NATO, the US, and Russia have been at odds for years over NATO’s purported aspirations to expand eastward, posing a security danger to Russia. As Russian forces converged on Ukraine’s borders in recent weeks, NATO and the US dropped billions of dollars worth of armaments in Ukraine, demonstrating their support for the country’s sovereignty.
Putin proclaimed to the people that a military operation aimed at the ‘demilitarization’ and ‘denazification’ of Ukraine would be launched. One of Russia’s numerous concerns about Ukraine has been the suspected biological weapons program.
As a retaliation action against the invasion, NATO countries, notably the United States, have pledged to implement heavy penalties on Russia.

US Embassy Removes All Evidence of Ukraine Bioweapons Labs. Here Is All the Data
Just two days after GreatGameIndia reported that secret US Biolabs in Ukraine could be a targeted by Russians, the US Embassy has removed all evidence of bioweapons labs in Ukraine from their website.
As Russia begins to assault military sites in Ukraine, there is suspicion that the US Biolabs, which were built in Ukraine for the purpose of research and defense, would be targeted as well.

Now, the official US embassy website has removed all evidence of bio-labs in Ukraine. These bio-labs are funded and jointly operated by the US Department of Defense (DOD). These documents include important construction, financing and permit details for bioweapon laboratories in Ukraine. But now the US government is scrubbing these documents from the internet and becoming less transparent with this critical information.
This comes at a time when the world population is waking up to the reality of gain-of-function bioweapons research, lab leaks and predatory vaccine and diagnostics development. These bio-labs generate pathogens of pandemic potential that exploit human immune systems and are the foundation on which medical fraud, malpractice, vaccine-induced death and genocide originates.
Vast Network of Biolabs In Ukraine
The US DOD funded at least 15 different bio-labs in Ukraine. These are not Chinese or Russian bio-labs. At least eight of these bioweapons labs are operated exclusively by the US. These laboratories “consolidate and secure pathogens and toxins of security concern” to conduct “enhanced bio-security, bio-safety, and bio-surveillance measures” through “international research partnerships.”
Each facility costs the US taxpayers anywhere from $1.8 to over $3 million. The DOD facilitated the permit process to allow Ukrainian scientists to work with pathogens of pandemic potential.
The US DOD works directly with Ukraine’s Ministry of Health, State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences and the Ministry of Defense. This network of bio-labs includes facilities in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Uzhgorod, Lviv, Kiev, Kherson, Ternopil, Crimea, Luhansk and two suspect facilities in Kharkiv and Mykolaiv.
In recent years, many of these labs have reached Bio-safety Level 2 status, allowing scientists to experiment with viruses and bacteria. Over the past two years, these laboratories, in cooperation with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, erected four more mobile laboratories to conduct epidemiological surveillance of the Ukrainian people.
List of Ukraine Biolabs Documents Removed by US Embassy
Up until recently, the existence and details of these bioweapons labs were public knowledge. The US embassy had previously disclosed the locations and details of these laboratories in a series of PDF files online. On February 26, 2022, the official embassy website shut down the links to all 15 bioweapon laboratories.
All the documents associated with these labs have been removed from the internet. If you click on any of the links, the PDF files are no longer available. Thankfully, these files have been archived and can still be accessed. What is the US embassy trying to hide?
