Poll: Should Qualified Immunity be removed for law enforcement?

Should Qualified Immunity be removed for law enforcement?Police reform efforts nationwide have sparked debate about qualified immunity, a federal doctrine that legally protects officers accused of wrongdoing while on duty. Qualified Immunity (QI) means that a police officer can’t be sued as an individual for damages they cause while performing their duties. They are immune from lawsuits and the government/taxpayers that employ the officer have to pay instead.
